Return Policy

Refunds requests are granted within 30 days from which a customer's shipment is received, and are for defective goods only. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip. All refunds will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase. AsSeenOnPC.com reserves the right to deny any refund request after 30 days from which a customer's shipment is received.

Customer data shall only be used for the official transaction of business within New Product Solution under the rule of law. New Product Solution reserves the right to use customer data to contact the customer to resolve issues in relation to the order placed including, but not limited to: shipping delays, backordered items, out of stock items, payment errors, and payment collection.
